OPPORTUNITY. As connected devices and the Internet of Things became more accessible to businesses, Verizon needed a way to help small business owners understand how these technologies could improve their everyday operations. The challenge wasn’t introducing new products, it was making an abstract ecosystem of services feel relevant, practical, and easy to imagine.
IMPACT. I developed a visual campaign centered around detailed isometric illustrations that transformed complex technical infrastructure into intuitive, easy-to-follow environments. Every illustration mapped Verizon’s services directly onto real business scenarios, allowing viewers to immediately connect products with practical outcomes. Supporting brochures expanded on the concept through a clean editorial system that balanced storytelling, data, and educational content while remaining approachable for non-technical audiences.
